Found this on a blog and couldn't find it again to give credit.
For those who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink lots of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION
Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
I laughed aloud at this 'logical' conclusion.

Bad blogger ......
I've been a bad girl, ignoring my blog for several days, but hopefully I will keep up with things now. The reason is I've been playing, will take some pics later and show you. I am going to a little craft show on June weekend and have been making cards. I've been stamping, quilling, punching, colouring, in short just having fun. I also do beading and a little bit of painting, so I've been organising some of this as well. Should be a great weekend.

Okay, well I have had a try at designing ......
and boy, I hope it gets easier! I have to find out how to zip files before I can do anything else here, but I want to see how it looks on a blog. Hehe.

One of my gorgeous sons
My youngest son. My boys are very hard to photograph, especially the oldest one. If he sees a camera, he puts his head down and you can't get a pic. The youngest one is not so bad ... he will look up for you. I took this one with my phone so its not the best photo, but I like how it turned out.
This is Sara's (Sweet Blossoms) Industrial kit, excellent kit for guys, and Roughed Up transparency overlay from Ursula Schneider of Scrap Girls.
